About the product

What exactly does Arciom do?

Arciom records your performance marketer working — screen and voice — and identifies the decisions where their judgment beats a frontier AI model. Those proven decisions become a digital twin: an asset capable of real work, recommending, assisting with, and eventually handling routine Google Search.

What is a “digital twin”?

It's not a chatbot or a clone. It's the accumulated, tested judgment of a specific expert, structured so it can be applied to real work. Every recommendation the digital twin makes traces back to a real decision that person made.

Does the digital twin get smarter over time?

Yes, and not just from more recordings. Because Arciom tracks results after every change, the digital twin sees the cause and effect of each decision it's involved in. Judgments that keep producing results gain weight; ones that stop working get flagged for the expert to re-examine. Your expert teaches it what good judgment looks like; the market confirms which judgments still hold.

What is a “frontier AI model,” and which one do you test against?

Frontier models are the most advanced general-purpose AI systems available — the ones behind tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. You choose which one your expert's decisions are tested against. If you believe a particular AI is the best in the world, that's exactly the one we'll measure your team's judgment against. And because the digital twin runs as a layer on top of the model rather than being baked into one, the benchmark can be updated as new models ship. The digital twin's edge is always measured against the current best, not a snapshot of last year's AI.

Which channels does Arciom support?

Google Search today. Additional paid media channels are next on the roadmap.

What does Arciom connect to?

Your existing stack, with no rip-and-replace. Arciom integrates with the Google Ads API, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and your CRM. It uses those connections to detect strategic changes in your account — budget shifts, bid strategy changes, keyword targeting — and track results after each change, so performance can be attributed to the specific decision that caused it.

What does my performance marketer have to do differently?

Almost nothing. They work as normal and think out loud while a recording runs. No forms, no documentation duty. Arciom does the rest and follows up with a few short questions after each session about the decisions worth understanding better.

Those questions matter more than they look. Research calls it the expert blind spot: experts can't articulate most of their own decision logic unprompted. Asking about specific recorded moments is how the reasoning actually gets caught.

What is the judgment audit?

The first thing Arciom produces, usually within an hour of connecting your accounts. Your ad account already holds years of strategic changes: budget shifts, bid strategy changes, keyword and targeting decisions. Arciom reconstructs those decisions, ties each one to the results that followed, and shows you which calls actually moved performance and which didn’t.

It needs no recording sessions, because the decisions are already in your data. It is also the fastest way to see whether there is judgment worth capturing before you commit to a capture program.

What is the scoreboard?

A head-to-head comparison of your experts against the frontier model you choose, blind-judged on identical past decisions. It shows where your team genuinely outperforms the best available AI, and where the model would have made the same call.

It matters because it decides what gets captured. Only the decisions where your expert wins are worth keeping, so the scoreboard is both the proof and the filter.

How much of my expert’s time does this take?

The recording itself adds nothing. Your marketer works exactly as they normally would while screen and voice capture runs, with no forms to fill in and nothing to document.

The only added time is a short conversation after each session, where Arciom asks about specific moments it recorded. That conversation is where the reasoning actually gets captured, so it is the part worth protecting. We scope the cadence with you up front, and it eases off as the digital twin’s coverage improves.

What are governance summaries?

A weekly report sent directly to leadership — head of marketing, CEO, or both — showing which decisions were made that week and which ones moved ROI. No dashboard login required. It replaces the once-a-month, after-the-fact performance update with decision-level visibility while the spend is still happening. Summaries begin during incubation, well before the digital twin makes its first recommendation. The first one lands within your first week.

Do governance summaries only cover the digital twin's work?

No. They cover the decisions being made in the account, whether by your internal team, an outside agency, or a digital twin. Leadership sees the same decision-to-outcome accountability regardless of who's doing the work.

About trust and control

Will this replace my performance marketer?

No, and that's by design. The digital twin exists because of your expert's judgment; it can't work without them. What it replaces is the repetitive execution that eats their day, so they can spend more time on strategy and the accounts that need their full attention.

I'm the expert being recorded. Why would I want this?

A fair question, and it deserves a straight answer. First: the digital twin is built from your judgment, it carries your name, and every recommendation it makes traces back to a decision you made. It can't exist without you, and it can't grow without you. You remain its teacher for as long as it runs. Second: it takes the repetitive work off your plate, not the interesting work. Third: it produces something no résumé can — documented, blind-judged proof that your judgment beats the best AI in the world. That's a career asset with your name on it.

I'm the expert. What happens to my digital twin if I change jobs?

Two things are true at once. The digital twin your company runs is theirs: it was built on their accounts, with their data, and it stays with them. But the judgment underneath it — the reasoning and instincts that were yours before any recording started — remains yours, and it travels with you. Nothing specific to your employer's business goes with it. And if your former company keeps running the digital twin your judgment built, Arciom's terms are designed so you keep sharing in the value it creates. Your expertise isn't something you hand over once. It stays yours, wherever you go.

What happens to the digital twin if the expert who trained it leaves our company?

It keeps working. The digital twin is your asset, and it doesn't leave when its expert does — that's much of the point. It continues handling the work it's proven at, and it keeps learning from results, because the outcome of every decision still feeds back into it. What changes is that no new human judgment is being captured, so many teams begin recording another expert to keep the digital twin's foundation growing. And your contract doesn't change: any value-sharing with the departed expert is handled through Arciom's terms, not billed to you.

How do I know the digital twin is actually good?

Every digital twin ships with a measured number: how often it beats the underlying AI model head-to-head, blind-judged, on real tasks. In our pilot, that was 61.7%, with a +18.4% ROAS lift on matched live spend. No claims, just scores.

What if the digital twin makes a bad call?

In the early stages it can't act alone. A human approves every change before it goes live. Even at full autonomy, you can pull it back to any earlier stage at any time.

Can the digital twin touch my Google Ads account without approval?

Not until it's earned that level, and only if you grant it. The default is recommend-only.

About data and ownership

Who owns the recordings and the digital twin?

Your company owns the recordings, the captured decisions, and the digital twin that runs on your accounts. That instance is your asset. It holds your campaigns, your spend, and your context, and it is not portable.

What sits underneath is the judgment itself: the reasoning your expert brought with them, with nothing company-specific attached. That remains theirs, which is why they agree to be recorded at all. Arciom’s terms are built so experts share in the value their judgment creates.

Nothing captured for your digital twin is used outside your organization unless you choose to make it available.

How is our data protected?

Recordings are the most sensitive thing we handle, and we treat them that way. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored with strict client isolation — so your recordings and your digital twin never commingle with anyone else's — and internal access follows least-privilege controls. You can request deletion of recordings at any time.

Does our data train anyone else's AI?

No. Your recordings and captured decisions are used to form and improve your digital twin, and nothing else. When decisions are tested against the frontier model you choose, they're sent under API terms that exclude that data from model training. And Arciom never pools one client's data to improve another client's digital twins: if judgment were shared across clients, it would stop being an edge. Your digital twin's edge is yours.

If our company ever leaves Arciom, can we take our data with us?

Yes. Your company's recordings and the full log of captured decisions are yours, and they leave with you. The digital twin itself is a working system that runs on Arciom — the capture, proving, and learning loop is the platform — so it can't operate elsewhere. But nothing about your data is held hostage: what was captured for you, you keep.

Getting started

What if our conversion tracking isn't set up, or isn't set up right?

Not a problem, and you're not alone. Misconfigured tracking is one of the most common issues we see. Accurate conversion data is the foundation everything else stands on: it's how decisions get attributed to outcomes, how governance summaries stay honest, and how the digital twin's results get measured. So one of the services we provide is a complete conversion audit and setup. We review your Google Ads, Tag Manager, and Analytics configuration, fix what's broken, and stand up what's missing before capture begins.

How long until we see results?

Two different things, on two different clocks. The judgment audit and the scoreboard arrive within the first hour, because they reconstruct decisions your account already holds and score them against the results that followed. Nothing has to be recorded first.

Proof of the digital twin itself takes longer. It forms during incubation from recorded sessions, and its win rate against the frontier models is measured on live, matched spend. In our pilot that was a 60-day window.

What does it cost?

Cost follows the same trust ladder your digital twin climbs: Incubate, Recommend, Assist, Run. Each rung reflects more proven autonomy and more of the work handled, and pricing scales with it, so you're never paying for a level of access the digital twin hasn't earned. If your conversion tracking needs an audit and setup first, that's scoped separately based on the state of your stack. Request a demo and we'll size both for your team.
