KNOWLEDGE COMMODITY JUDGMENT SCARCE

About Arciom

Knowledge is becoming a commodity. Judgment isn’t.

And scarce things are valuable. Arciom is built on one conviction: that the judgment your best people carry is the last thing AI can’t copy, and the first thing worth protecting. Everything below is how we act on that.

Our mission

Someone leaves. That role starts over.

Judgment compounds. Every account a marketer runs teaches them something the last one didn’t.

But it only compounds inside one person. When they retire, change jobs, or get promoted, it leaves with them, and whoever inherits the account starts from zero.

Nothing on a dashboard shows that reset happening. It surfaces months later as slower decisions, repeated mistakes, and the same budget returning less than it used to. The cost is real revenue, it just never appears as a line item.

Arciom exists to remove the reset: capture the judgment while it is being made, prove it against the best available AI, and keep it working long after the person has moved on.

A team with turnover — rebuilding from zero, every time With Arciom — judgment that never resets

The commitment

The people who created the judgment keep sharing in the value it produces, for as long as it keeps working.

Not a one-time payout for handing something over. A digital twin carries the name of the expert it learned from, and Arciom’s terms are built so that expert keeps participating in what it earns.

The name

Arciom joins two old words.

An axiom is a truth so proven you can build on it — which is exactly what a captured decision becomes once it has beaten the best AI and held up.

An arch is how individual pieces become a structure that outlasts its builders: each stone bearing weight the others make possible, held together by a keystone.

In every digital twin, your expert is the keystone.

Arciom: proven truths, built to last.

THE KEYSTONE

Leadership

The team

Arciom records people at work, captures how they think, and commits to sharing what that judgment earns. A company handling that needs ethics and legal counsel at the table from the start — not after something goes wrong. So we put them there.
